Seamless Transition to Modern Observability
Migration
Migrate from legacy monitoring tools like Splunk, Datadog, or proprietary agents to OpenTelemetry and modern backends without losing visibility during the transition. Increasingly that destination is Google Cloud Observability, and we run the full path: a migration POC, a migration architecture engagement, and phased implementation with parallel-run validation and cutover support.
We map dashboards, alerts, and routing patterns onto Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging, migrate Prometheus metrics to OTLP (a non-trivial effort we scope carefully), and rationalize legacy observability spend by reducing ingest through filtering, sampling, and architecture changes. Every engagement ends with a full migration health check so nothing is left behind.
