Why “Plumbers”?
Because that is literally what we do. Telemetry is plumbing. Data flows through pipes, hits collectors, gets routed, filtered, and delivered to backends. When something leaks or backs up, someone has to get in there and fix it. That someone is us.
We have built custom OpenTelemetry collectors, monitoring plugins, and integrations for Oracle, VMware, Dell, NetApp, Rivian, and others. Over 20 shipped solutions and counting. Most of our work runs in production at Fortune 100 scale, which means it has to actually work at 3 AM when someone gets paged.
We are a small team on purpose. It means you talk to the people who do the work, not an account manager who relays messages. And we build things your team can own and run without us, because vendor lock-in is just as bad in consulting as it is in software.
