Introducing the SQL Server Plug-in
for Oracle Enterprise Manager
Monitor and manage SQL Server from the same Oracle Enterprise Manager console you use for Oracle. Join us for a live walkthrough of the plug-in's general release.
Who This Is For
What You'll See
The general release, demonstrated live in Oracle Enterprise Manager against a working SQL Server environment.
Performance and Query History
Instance and database health, the top queries by CPU, execution count, and memory grant, deadlocks from the system_health session, and index fragmentation, usage, and missing-index recommendations. Query History ranks the queries that used the most CPU between two times you choose.
Always On and Failover Readiness
Availability groups, replicas, and listeners, with per-database failover readiness: recovery point and recovery time in seconds, redo and send queue depth, and link health for every availability group.
Operations as Oracle EM Jobs
Back up and restore databases, create indexes, end sessions, and fail an availability group over, each submitted as a standard Oracle EM job with the history and access control that come with it.
Compliance and Least-Privilege Security
Built-in compliance rules covering configuration, security, backup hygiene, and index health. Monitoring runs without the sysadmin role, with TLS required by default and the JDBC driver bundled.
SQL Server Alerts in Your Existing Workflow
The plug-in publishes SQL Server health, performance, and availability as standard Oracle EM metrics, with editable thresholds, alert history, and notification routing through the connectors your team already has in place.

One Console for More Than Oracle
SQL Server joins our PostgreSQL plug-in, which is generally available today. Our MySQL and Db2 plug-ins for Oracle EM are in Open Beta.
